Tom Harmon Logging files for Chapter 11
Tom Harmon Logging LLC filed for protection from creditors under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code Friday.
The Lakeview-based logging company filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Oregon.
The firm estimated it has between one and 49 creditors. It estimated assets between $500,000 and $1 million. Its estimated liabilities are between $1 million and $10 million, according to its bankruptcy petition.
The company, jointly owned by Carol Harmon and Tom Harmon of LaPine said it expects to have funds available for unsecured creditors. Creditors were not listed in the bankruptcy petition.
